About this Project

Gecko MMS commissioned GSES in 2016 and 2017 to inspect 21 PV systems ranging from 5 kWp to 40kWp installed in 2011 at various hostels owned by Aboriginal Hostel Limited (AHL). Many of these sites are located in rural and remote areas of Australia.
The installations were inspected to applicable Australian standards, network regulations and industry guidelines. A certified GSES inspector attended each site to complete the comprehensive system assessments.
Detailed reports were produced for AHL including inspection outcomes supported by site photographs and recommendations for rectification work if required.
Site specific analysis outlining the cost of various options available to the system owner was also carried out to help identify the best course of action for each site where necessary.
