By submitting this Expression of Interest (EOI) form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Purpose of Collection
The information you provide will be used by Global Sustainable Energy Solutions Pty Ltd (GSES) to assess your suitability for potential engagement as an inspector for commercial solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) inspections.

No Guarantee of Engagement
Submission of this form does not guarantee employment, contract work, or any form of engagement with GSES. GSES reserves the right to assess all EOIs and select candidates at its sole discretion based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant criteria.

Accuracy of Information
You confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You understand that providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from consideration.

Privacy and Data Use
Your personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with GSES’s Privacy Policy. Information will only be shared with third parties where necessary for assessment purposes or as required by law.

Document Requirements
You may be required to provide copies of relevant licences, accreditations, insurances, police checks, and certifications (e.g., working at heights ticket) either during or after the EOI process.

Future Contact
By submitting your EOI, you consent to GSES contacting you regarding this and future opportunities relevant to your experience and qualifications.

Withdrawal
You may withdraw your expression of interest at any time by contacting GSES in writing.

Modification or Cancellation
GSES reserves the right to modify or cancel the EOI process at any time without notice.
