Returns Policy for Online Purchases


GSES will offer refunds for payments made through the online shop under the following conditions.

 

PUBLICATIONS AND EQUIPMENT

All publications, product and equipment purchased separately (i.e. not materials supplied by GSES as part of a course) must be returned unused and in their original condition to our Alexandria office. Returns will incur a 30% restocking fee. GSES reserves the right to refuse a refund on the basis that goods have been used prior to return.

 

ONLINE TRAINING COURSES

Payments for online training courses will be refunded within fourteen days from date of full payment for the course (the date at which enrolment becomes official). Where a student has already submitted an assessment online or in writing, a refund cannot be granted. All supplied course materials must be returned unused and in their original condition. Where course materials are damaged or used, a materials fee of $99.00 will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Enrolments in online training courses may be cancelled by the student at any time before payment has been made.

 

PRACTICAL TRAINING COURSES

Practical training course bookings are confirmed when a payment in the form of a deposit ($400) or full fee amount ($1980) is received.

Practical course bookings may be cancelled at any time up to 30 days before the scheduled date of the practical course, and all moneys paid will be refunded to the student.

Practical course bookings cancelled more than 14 days but less than 30 days before the scheduled date of the practical course will incur a cancellation fee of $400.00)

There is no refund offered for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the practical course.
